1. Accepted Payment Methods
CLEVSHOP accepts the following payment methods:
- MTN Mobile Money
- Airtel Money
- Bank Transfers
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Cash on Delivery (available in selected locations and for eligible orders)
2. Payment Confirmation
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed unless Cash on Delivery has been selected.
3. Currency
All prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Security
We use secure payment gateways to protect customer transactions. Sensitive payment information is handled by trusted payment service providers and is not stored on our servers.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is declined:
- The order will not be processed.
- Customers may retry the payment or choose another payment method.
6. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, CLEVSHOP reserves the right to verify payments and cancel transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
